Improves flexibility, posture, physical coordination & balance and the stabilisation of your spine

Increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the ‘core muscles’ of your body)

All classes are on a first come first served basis. Minimum age to attend classes is 16. Please note; no entry to classes 5 minutes after start time.
