PERSONAL TRAINING

We provide first class Personal Training sessions to help people reach their health and fitness goals. Each client has an individually designed training programme based on their goals, and all our programmes are designed to maximize fat loss and lean muscle gains. We monitor you to ensure you are making consistent progress including a comprehensive body fat assessment every 6-8 weeks to ensure that you reach your goals.

We also offer Semi Private Personal Training Sessions (2 people) where you share your session with a friend/partner/colleague. This means that although you’ll be training together, you’ll still be pushed individually, ensuring that you work at the pace that’s right for you.
