Our fitness class for over 50’s is a low level circuit based class for all levels of ability. An emphasis on low impact exercises, flexibility and mobility, which makes this class an ideal exercise class for the over 50’s.

All classes are on a first come first served basis. Please note; no entry to classes 5 minutes after start time.
*Day Membership is included for non-member (£1.50 per adult)

Experience first-hand the benefits of Hatha Yoga. This yoga approach focuses on improving flexibility, muscle strength and balance. Each practice has a specific focus, which varies every week. Postures are linked with the breath, helping to focus the mind whilst working the body.

We provide first class Personal Training sessions to help people reach their health and fitness goals. Each client has an individually designed training programme based on their goals, and all our programmes are designed to maximize fat loss and lean muscle gains. We monitor you to ensure you are making consistent progress including a comprehensive body fat assessment every 6-8 weeks to ensure that you reach your goals.
