Kelsey Kerridge provides a wide variety of Fitness Classes from Group Cycling to Boxercise, Zumba to Yoga; we have 23 classes a week to choose from.
Kelsey Kerridge Sports Centre in Cambridge offers a variety of exciting and challenging fitness classes to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, the centre has something to suit your needs. The fitness classes are led by knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors, who are dedicated to helping you reach your full potential.

Bootcamp Circuits is a workout using battle ropes, kettlebells, TRX & other functional training equipment. Ideal for all levels of fitness, this workout will enable participants to choose what level of fitness to work. Circuit classes may vary in format.

We provide first class Personal Training sessions to help people reach their health and fitness goals. Each client has an individually designed training programme based on their goals, and all our programmes are designed to maximize fat loss and lean muscle gains. We monitor you to ensure you are making consistent progress including a comprehensive body fat assessment every 6-8 weeks to ensure that you reach your goals.

About OUR CLASSES
Class options include high-energy group fitness classes like Zumba, Boxercise, and boot camp, as well as more relaxing options like yoga. The centre also offers specialised classes for specific activities, such as Boxercise, Krunch & Kore, and 50+ fitness. All classes are designed to challenge and motivate you, while providing a fun and supportive atmosphere.
The classes are held in a separate studio, equipped with the latest technology and equipment, to ensure a comfortable and effective workout experience. The spacious and well-lit studio provides a supportive environment for you to focus on your fitness goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build strength, or simply have fun, Kelsey Kerridge Sports Centre’s fitness classes are a great way to achieve your goals

Exercise classes are offered on a first come first served basis, no pre-booking (with the exception of Group Cycling – limited to 15 people).

Lunchtime Fitness Classes….Students Save! Students can join our lunchtime classes for just £4.60 per class (£2.75 for Krunch & Kore).
